Doria, an unconditionally loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and friend passed away suddenly on November 13, 2024, at the age of 61 at LSU Medical Center in Independence, LA. Born in Tampa, Florida, she resided in Tickfaw, LA for 32 years.

Doria is survived by her children, Victoria and husband Cameron Grimes, Raven Meades; grandchildren, Tabor Mercante, Brycen Bellanger; mother, Winnie Loving; as well as several brothers and sisters, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, William Leon Cowell Sr. and her grandparents.

 Doria's life was defined by her deep love for Jesus Christ, her family, and friends. She was a kind and caring soul who always put others first, offering a listening ear, a helping hand, and a heart full of compassion. Her laughter was contagious, and her positive spirit left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. She lived through Jesus Christ and showed his love and word to everyone she came in contact with. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to have known her.

 Doria will be dearly missed, but her legacy of love, kindness, and joy will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her.
