Haley Maria Hebert, beloved daughter, sister, mother, and friend, passed away on September 14, 2023, in Baton Rouge at the age of 29. She was born on February 3, 1994, in Baton Rouge, where she spent her entire life surrounded by loved ones.
Haley was a loving and dedicated mother to her two beautiful daughters, Mara Tortorich and Sunday Johnson. Her deep love for them was evident in everything she did. She cherished every moment spent with her daughters and embraced the joy of motherhood with open arms.
Family meant everything to Haley, and she shared a special bond with her sister Breaunah Hebert. Together they navigated life's challenges with unwavering support for one another. Their relationship was not only built on sibling love but also on a friendship that brought them comfort and strength.
Haley's parents, Benjamin Hebert and Heather Ramos, were an integral part of her life. They provided guidance, encouragement, and unwavering love throughout her journey. Benjamin and Heather will always cherish the memories they created as a family.
In addition to her loving parents and two daughters, she is survived by her brothers, Keith Duncan, Jr., Jazz Anderson and Dylan Thomas. Haley adored her grandmothers Bonnie Harrison and Dianne Alford as well as her grandfathers Ronnie Harrison, Nick Hebert, Kenneth Alford, and Eduardo Ramos. They were sources of wisdom, love, and unwavering support throughout her life. Haley cherished their presence and all the lessons they shared. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Heidi Tortorich and her sister, Breaunah Hebert.
In addition to her immediate family members mentioned above, Haley leaves behind a large extended family and many friends who will miss her dearly. Each person who had the privilege of knowing Haley can attest to her kind heart and contagious laughter that brought warmth to any gathering.
To celebrate Haley's remarkable life and pay tribute to her memory, a Memorial Gathering will be held on September 24th at the S.L. Booker Family Celebration Center in Baton Rouge. Family members, friends, and loved ones will gather to share stories, find solace in one another's presence, and celebrate the impact that Haley had on their lives.
Haley Maria Hebert will forever hold a special place in the hearts of those who knew her. Her spirit, kindness, and unwavering love will continue to inspire everyone whose lives she touched. Though her time with us was far too short, her legacy will endure through the memories we cherish and the love we share.
