James Johnson, III

James Lee Johnson III entered eternal rest on August 1, 2021, at the age of 47. James was born to the union of the late James Lee Johnson Jr and Louise Jenkins Johnson on January 14, 1974.

James confessed his life to Christ at the age of 12 at Greater Saint Stephens Full Gospel Church under the leadership of Bishop Paul S. Morton Sr. James was a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School.

James is preceded in death by his father (James Lee Johnson Jr.), grandparents, aunts, and uncles.

James is survived by his mother (Louise Johnson), children (Lakeisha Crosby, Jamesha Harang, and James Walker), grandchildren (Layla, Lilyana, and Sterling “Tre” Keyes III), aunts (May Lewis, Christine Johnson-Reed, Charlene Johnson, and Ollie Watson), and a host of family and friends.
