In loving memory of Kathleen Dale Cowart:

Kathleen Dale Cowart, born on June 24, 1955, in Hammond, LA, passed away on March 2, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was known for her kind spirit, unwavering devotion to her loved ones, and her zest for life.

Kathleen is survived by her children Percy Shang Gann(Taren), Cynthia Kaye Dufrene (David), Amy Dale Dufrene (Jeff), Jamie Ray Gann (Cassie), Katina Ann Wadsworth (Jason), and Jeffery Allen Gann (Whitney). She also leaves behind twenty-seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren who were the light of her life.

In Kathleen's journey of life, she was predeceased by her parents Floyd & Elaine Cowart. She is now reunited with them in eternal peace. Kathleen is also survived by her brothers Ronnie, Larry, Darrell, Dean, Barry, Wayne, and Curtis; as well as her sisters Vickie and Genell.

Her impact extended beyond her immediate family to include her great-granddaughters Kaelynn W. and Ryver G., who brought immense joy to her heart.

Services to honor and celebrate Kathleen's life will be held on March 11, 2024. A visitation will take place at Goodwill Church in Holden from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM followed by a Funeral Service at the same location starting at 11:00 AM.

Kathleen will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May she rest in peace knowing that she was cherished by many and that her love continues to live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
